Budgeting ahead is essential to ensure a smooth production process. Even though we offer the lowest prices for premium-quality swimwear in Bali, planning your budget before placing an order is always a smart move.
Sampling Costs
Sampling is crucial to check the fit of your designs, evaluate the fabric’s feel, ensure overall quality, and decide on any custom branding. Below are average prices in USD, using high-quality imported recycled fabrics from Italy and the US. Our prices include a branded heat press on the inside back of each article, digitized patterns, size grading, fabric, assembly, and all non-branded accessories. Custom-branded accessories are invoiced separately with no added surcharges.
Payment Terms for Sampling
Samples must be paid in full before sampling begins.
Total Sampling Costs
Average between $200 to $600 per collection.
Custom Designed Samples
Priced at twice the wholesale price plus a $30 development fee.

Bulk/Wholesale Orders
Ordering in bulk significantly reduces the per-unit cost, making it more cost-effective for larger quantities. Bulk orders are charged at the wholesale price only. For example, the average bikini top and bottoms cost $12, fully inclusive.
- Payment Terms for Bulk Orders: A 50% deposit is required to start production, with the final balance due before shipment.
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 3 pieces per size and color, 30 pieces per design, and 300 pieces across the entire collection.
- Budget Example: With a $4,500 budget, you could produce around 300 units.
NOTE: Our prices allow you to mark up 4 to 5 times for retail.

Delivery
We use high-quality digital print machines overseas to develop custom prints, primarily printing on American recycled REPREVE® fabric.

Delivery
We usually use DHL or FEDEX door-to-door service using our account or yours. Allow 3 to 5 days for delivery from dispatch. The amounts listed below will be affected by the quantity and destination. The larger the order, the lower the price to send.
- Courier Costs for Samples: Range from $15 to $100 per packet.
- Courier Costs for Production: On average, add $1.50 per bikini top and bottom, $1.75 per shorts or sports top and bottoms, and $2.00 per leggings or rash vest.
