Swimwear Bali

Digital Print Swimwear

We print on REPREVE® recycled nylon from the US using Italian MS digital machines at an Italian-operated facility in China. The process infuses dye directly into the fibre, giving vibrant, true-to-life colour and an organic finish. Our Hawaii print fabric is exceptionally soft against the skin, with superb body sculpting properties and quick-dry performance. Every print uses OEKO-TEX® certified Huntsman dyes, ensuring your swimwear looks as good years later as the day it arrived.

Prints are also easier to run than most brands expect. Against ordering a custom colour, a print is quicker to turn around, only slightly more expensive, and far simpler to manage. One week to print, and one week to reach us on our weekly fabric deliveries, brought in through our tax-free fabric import facility, the only one of its kind in Bali.

Nobody else in Bali prints on nylon

We are the only company in Bali offering digital prints on high-grade recycled nylon. Every other factory here sublimates onto polyester.

What matters in a swimsuit is how it feels on the skin and how the colour reads in daylight, and nylon wins on both. The hand feel is extraordinary, and what comes off the machine is as good as identical to the artwork you sent us.

Nobody here can match it, for the simple reason that nobody else here is printing on it.

Leading brands such as Bydee choose us for our print quality. If you are developing a swimwear collection and require true-to-life prints with excellent hand feel, we are ready to assist.

How It Works

Step 1: Submit Your Artwork
Send your artwork in vector format (AI, EPS, SVG), or as JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD or PDF. Your file needs 300 dpi minimum resolution and a seamless repeat.
We confirm the file is print-ready, then send back a layout preview showing how the print sits and scales on each swimwear style. Our in-house graphics team can check and adjust artwork you have chosen, usually at no extra cost. We do not redraw or create prints from scratch.
No artwork yet? Shutterstock, Adobe Stock and Vector Stock hold large libraries. Search “seamless swimwear print” with the style you want, floral or retro for example, then filter to vector.
Example: As you can see, the print motif below repeats seamlessly both left-to-right
and top-to-bottom. Most but not all, motifs repeat every 15–20 cm.

Step 2: Approve your print

Three ways to approve prints.
  • A4 strike-off photographed or filmed and emailed. USD 30 per motif. Fastest option, no courier needed.
  • Same strike-off posted to you. USD 30 plus courier.
  • Two metres printed fabric. USD 30 per metre, so USD 60 plus courier.
Two metres yields several samples and is the most reliable way to confirm colour before bulk. Allow a few extra weeks for printing and delivery.

Step 3: Bulk production
Printing starts at 70 metres per motif, roughly 140 bikini sets, with no upper limit, so order as much as your collection needs. Printed fabric ordered for you is used exclusively for that order and shipped in full; it cannot be carried over to a later order unless agreed in advance.
Printing adds a few weeks to your overall delivery date. Working to a tight deadline? We sublimate here in Bali on white polyester in 2 to 3 days, for samples and production. Note: sublimation is quicker but not as good. The colour sits on the surface rather than in the fibre, and polyester does not have the hand feel of nylon.

Print Samples

We rarely sew samples in printed fabric. Samples are made up in stock colours instead, so nothing waits on the print, and because they are cut in the same fabric your print will run on, the sample tells you exactly how the finished garment will fit and feel.
Want a sewn sample in your own print? Take option 3 above: two metres, enough to sew from, and about one extra week on your schedule.
