Digital Print Swimwear

We print on REPREVE® recycled nylon from the US using Italian MS digital machines at an Italian-operated facility in China. Digital printing infuses dye directly into the fibre, producing true-to-life colour with an organic look and feel. Our Hawaii print fabric is exceptionally soft against the skin, with superb body sculpting properties and quick-dry performance. Every print uses OEKO-TEX® certified Huntsman dyes, ensuring your swimwear looks as good years later as the day it arrived.

Print Lead Times
Printed fabrics are air-freighted to our Bali facility weekly under our Bonded Tax Free Facility. Allow approx. 2 weeks on top of your standard production time to account for printing and inbound freight.

Note
Print requests are roll-based in 70m lots, producing approximately 100 bikini sets per roll. Should your bulk PO require less than 70m, your total printed units will need to be adjusted up. All fabric imported under our Bonded Tax Free Facility is subject to strict regulations and must be dispatched in a single shipment.

Processing Strike-Offs

In most cases, we do not offer printed fabric strike-offs. Instead, we produce your samples using our in-stock colours to keep your timeline on track. If you require a sample on actual printed fabric, we can accommodate that, though it will add time to your production timeline.
Step 1: Submit Your Artwork
Send your artwork in vector format (AI, EPS, SVG), JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, or PDF. Once we are clear, we move to Step 2.
Step 2: Strike-Off Production and Approval
We produce an A4 strike-off of your motif and send you a high-res photograph or video for approval. Strike-offs are charged at $30 each.
Step 3: Ready for Bulk Production

Once you are happy with your print, we move straight into bulk production.

Selecting Artwork Online

If you do not have artwork yet, Shutterstock is a convenient starting point. Search for terms such as “seamless swimwear print“, “tropical floral seamless pattern” or “ocean print seamless pattern” and filter for vector format. Thousands of print-ready motifs are available at a low cost. Adobe Stock and VectorStock are also good options.
Once you have your file, please provide the following:
  • Resolution: 300 dpi minimum.
  • The design must repeat seamlessly across the fabric with no visible joins at the edges.
  • Layout preview: a JPG or PDF showing how the print sits and scales on each swimwear style.

Should you require help with your print artwork, in most cases we can assist free of charge. Please note we do not redraw or create prints.

Colour Accuracy

Digital printing reproduces colours faithfully. On rare occasions, similar tones within the same colour family may appear slightly different. Should this be a concern, we can print a 2m section before your bulk order to confirm accuracy.
