Swimwear Bali

Digital Print Swimwear

The only digital print swimwear manufacturer in Bali.
Other swimwear manufacturers in Bali use sublimation, applying heat-transferred motifs to polyester. This low-cost method produces colours that fade quickly, with a fabric that has a plasticky hand feel and no body sculpting properties.
We print on REPREVE® recycled nylon from the US using Italian MS digital machines at an Italian-operated facility in China. Digital printing infuses dye directly into the fibre, producing true-to-life colour with an organic look and feel. Our Hawaii print fabric is a 200 GSM recycled nylon with 22% elastane: exceptionally soft against the skin, with superb body sculpting properties that shape, contour, and flatter in all the right places. Quick-dry, UV and chlorine resistant, and built to perform in and out of the water. Every print uses OEKO-TEX® certified Huntsman dyes, ensuring your swimwear looks as good after years of use as the day it arrived.
Brands like Bydee trust us with their production for exactly this reason. If you are building a swimwear collection and want prints that genuinely stand out, you are in the right place.
Printed fabrics are air-freighted to Bali weekly under our tax-free import licence.
Print Lead Times
Bulk printed fabric has a minimum order of 70m per motif. Factor in an extra 2 weeks on top of your standard production time to account for fabric printing and air freight to Bali.

Sampling in Print

For most brands, sampling in print is simpler than they expected. Once your artwork is submitted, we send a high-resolution image or video of the printed fabric for your approval before anything is committed to production. If you want a physical reference, we can also produce an A4 strike-off printed on the actual Hawaii fabric, arriving within 2 weeks. The strike-off fee is USD 30, credited in full against your bulk order when the print goes into production.

While your print is being approved, your garment samples are made up in plain colours from our stock, keeping your timeline moving. Once print approval is confirmed, everything is ready to move straight to bulk.
Sampling from actual printed fabric is possible, but it nearly doubles your production timeline. For brands working to a schedule, it is rarely the practical choice.

Artwork Selection

If you do not have artwork yet, Shutterstock is a convenient starting point. Search for terms such as “seamless swimwear print“, “tropical floral seamless pattern” or “ocean print seamless pattern” and filter for vector format. Thousands of print-ready motifs are available at a low cost. Adobe Stock and VectorStock are also good options.
Once you have your file, please provide the following:
  • File format: vector files preferred (AI, EPS, SVG). High-resolution JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, and PDF are also accepted.
  • Resolution: 300 dpi minimum.
  • The design must repeat seamlessly across the fabric with no visible joins at the edges.
  • Layout preview: a JPG or PDF showing how the print sits and scales on each swimwear style.

Colour Accuracy

Digital printing is highly accurate and, in most cases, reproduces your artwork colours faithfully. Occasionally, similar tones within the same colour family, such as greens, greys, or blues, may appear slightly different. This is rare and not a cause for concern. For bulk orders, we print a 2m strike-off first to confirm colour before proceeding. Any adjustments are made at that stage.
