Approved Samples to Production
Once you are ready to move to bulk, approved samples must be returned before production begins and used as physical reference points across all technical grades. We recommend using our DHL account for collection, as Bali customs can be complex, and samples collected on our account typically arrive back within a few days. If you use your own courier, please share your packing list with us before uplift.
Swimwear MOQs
Our MOQs are not the lowest in Bali, and we are not trying to be. They are set at a level that supports commercial viability: enough stock to sell, enough variety to build a brand, and enough volume to justify the investment.
The most common mistake first-time brands make is spreading their order across too many styles and colours.
This can result in your best-selling styles, colours, and sizes showing SOLD OUT, seeing your loyal customers move to other platforms to purchase their styles, as well as you not being able to generate enough sales to reorder.
Returning customers who cannot find what they came for do not wait. They move on. The brands that get the ratio right sell through cleanly, reorder confidently, and grow. We would rather help you get it right first time.
Custom Designs
400 pieces total, 40 pieces per style, with a minimum of 4 pieces per size and colour.
Below are two examples of a typical first order.
Example: 4 bikini sets and 2 one-pieces. That’s 10 styles (4 tops, 4 bottoms and 2 one-pieces) at 40 pieces each, 400 pieces in total, split across sizes, for example 15 S, 15 M and 10 L per style. Each style here is in one colour. Split a style into two colours and each colour needs at least 4 pieces per size.
Ready Designs
300 pieces total, 30 pieces per style, with a minimum of 3 pieces per size and colour
Example: the same 4 bikini sets and 2 one-pieces in Ready Designs. That’s 10 styles at 30 pieces each, 300 pieces in total, for example 11 S, 11 M and 8 L per style. Add a second colour to any style as long as each colour has at least 3 pieces per size.

Size Ratios
Selecting the correct size ratio is as important as choosing the right styles. In most markets, sizes S and M sell fastest. We recommend a starting size ratio of 5 S, 5 M, and 3 L, based on observed sales patterns across the brands we work with. We produce sizes from XS to 3XL to meet your market needs.

Mixing Across Collections
Once your swimwear order meets the 400-piece MOQ, you may add activewear styles using in-stock fabrics, starting from one design at 30 pieces.
Production Timelines
Samples: 1-3 weeks depending on complexity.
Bulk production: in most cases, 3 to 5 weeks from sample approval.
With over 100 fabric colours in stock, production begins immediately after deposit, with no fabric wait times or unnecessary delays from approval to dispatch.
Branding
Branding is what makes a swimwear collection feel considered and worth the price you are asking. We offer a full range of custom-branded options, including heat press logos, electroplated metal bikini fasteners, custom charms, branded zip-lock bags, drawstring bags, hygienic liners, and hang tags.
Discuss your branding requirements with your merchant during sampling. Our graphics team can also assist with your branding and artwork, often at no additional cost, so everything is confirmed and ready before your bulk order is placed.
Quality Control
Each order undergoes a three-stage quality check before branded hang tags and barcodes are applied. Orders are individually packed in biodegradable zip-lock bags and shipped via DHL Express, arriving within 3 to 5 days.
