Fabric Certifications

We value transparency in all that we do. Products certified to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) contain recycled material that has been independently verified at each stage of the supply chain, from the recycler to the final product. In addition, social, environmental, and chemical criteria related to processing are required.

UNIFI^® Manufacturing, Inc. is Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certified, SCS Global Services TE ID-00300731. Only the products which carry the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) label and claim are certified.

Each year, our certified REPREVE products, as well as our recycled processes, production records, and operations, are audited by SCS Global Services to obtain our SCS Recycled Content Certifications. Percentages of recycled content may vary by product. This third-party assurance ensures that our customers, and the consumer, can feel confident in knowing that REPREVE is using waste to create something great.

To ensure the well-being of our customers as well as the planet, an assortment of products, including select virgin polyester and nylon yarns, and select REPREVE polyester and nylon yarns, are also the recipients of the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX^® label. This certification verifies that our certified yarns are free of harmful levels of more than 1,000 restricted chemicals. STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX is currently the world’s leading label for textiles screened for harmful substances.
