Your collection starts here
Once your designs are priced and sampling fees are paid, you will be assigned your own dedicated sampling merchant who manages everything from your initial handover through construction to delivery. Whether you are a start-up brand or adding to an established range, every design is treated with the same precision and care.
How Your Samples Are Made
We begin by plotting every design digitally in 2D AutoCAD for precise grading across your full size run. Fabrics are cut to spec, custom branded heat-press labels applied, and each piece handed to our dedicated sample studio where skilled machinists take over.
Every article is checked to ensure seams are straight and even, straps sit flat without slipping or snagging, and each style fits the body in the most flattering and sculpting way possible. For structured styles, underwires sit flush, cups hold their shape, and all hardware is attached cleanly and evenly.
Samples are ready in 2 to 4 weeks, photographed front and back for your approval, then shipped via DHL Express, arriving in 3 to 5 days. Minor adjustments are handled digitally at no charge. Significant deviations from your approved handover are remade at no extra cost. Shipping is priced separately and import duties may apply.

The USD 30 fee is credited toward your bulk deposit for every custom style confirmed for production.
Placing Your Sample Order
Custom Designs
Send us your style codes or imagery along with your chosen fabric and colour selections via email or WhatsApp. We will confirm all details before production begins. If you are adding a print, note that sampling from actual printed fabric nearly doubles your production timeline. For most brands, the A4 strike-off is the smarter route.
International Body Size
Our sizing and grading follow globally recognised body measurements. We recommend reviewing our size guide before submitting your sample request to confirm our sizing aligns with your target market. Sizes can be modified up or down, for example converting a Medium into a Small.

Many brands get to market faster by sampling more designs than they plan to sell. A serious swimwear collection typically starts with 8 to 12 designs, a good selection of tops and bottoms with one or two one-pieces.
If you are launching with 8 designs, sample 9 or 10. Once samples arrive, check fit, finish, and fabric, then choose the ones you are most confident in. Sampling 10 designs costs only a little more than sampling 6 to 8 and takes exactly the same time. Splitting into two rounds means double the shipping costs and double the wait.

Selecting Colours
We carry over 100 stock colours available immediately with no minimums. Samples are most commonly assembled in stock colours, allowing fabric cutting to begin as soon as payment clears and helping ensure a smooth transition to bulk. Imported colours are available but require several weeks’ lead time and must be fully committed to your bulk order.
