How Brands Usually Start

Most brands start with two or three styles in stock colours, then compare them directly with their current production. Fit, fabric, lining, stitching and finish. Everything gets tested.

If the quality stacks up, what happens next is up to you. Some brands start with top-ups or selected styles, while others gradually shift more of their production across. There’s no commitment beyond your first order.

Digital Print

We’re the only Bali manufacturer to digitally print on nylon with Italian MS technology using REPREVE® recycled nylon. This method is faster and easier than custom dyeing, so over 90% of our top brands use our printed styles.

Timelines You Can Plan Around

Quotation: 2–3 days after reviewing your design references

Samples: 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and revisions

Bulk Production: 3–5 weeks once fabrics & trims are ready

Custom dyeing starts at 100 metres per colour, depending on the supplier, with digital prints starting at 70m per motif. Both are produced overseas due to being of a much higher quality than what’s produced in Bali, and flown into Bali via weekly flights. Both add a few weeks to your timeline.

Tell Us Before You Order

Brands notify us of needed colours or prints in advance, so we can prepare fabric and begin production immediately. This free service saves weeks. Let us know if a colour is running low.

MOQ & Top Ups

After your initial order, our minimums drop, allowing fast restocks that mass suppliers cannot offer.

First order, custom designs: 400 pieces per PO, 40 per style, 4 per size and colour
Top-up orders: 250 pieces per PO, 50 per style, 5 per size and colour

Minimums apply to your whole order, so you can mix styles, colours, and sizes as you like.

Volume Pricing

Larger orders receive better pricing. Our first volume tier starts at 2,000 pieces per PO, with 100 per style and 10 per size and colour. This applies across the full order, including both custom and ready to order designs.

For orders over 5,000 pieces, pricing is quoted individually based on the collection, fabric and construction.

Swimwear Styles, Fabrics & Construction

Our development studio, with 8 pattern makers on 2D AutoCAD, 40 sample machinists, and a dedicated merchandising team, grades patterns across all sizes so fit, support, and stretch issues are fixed at sampling, not in bulk.

We make bikinis, one-pieces, rash vests, and seamless or reversible styles in recycled fabrics from Carvico, Jersey Lomellina, REPREVE, or any supplier you prefer, all with high stretch, strong recovery, and chlorine, saltwater, and UV resistance. Options include lining, cups, underwires, elastic, seamless finishes, and custom trims like metal hardware, beading, or crochet. Every order passes several quality checks, and over 99% of units pass final inspection.

Getting Started

Send us your inquiry along with tech packs or clear front and back design references, plus your fabric and branding needs.
We’ll review your details and send you a quote within 2 to 3 days.
Once you approve the quote, you can request samples. We’ll make them and send them for you to review.
Confirm your styles, sizes, and colours. If you’re using stock colours, we’ll reserve the fabric ahead of time.
Send us your purchase order and deposit. If the fabric is in stock, we’ll start production right away.

Each project is managed by a dedicated account manager overseeing development, production, and delivery from start to finish.

Ethics

Our Bonded licence, which lets us import fabrics tax-free, exists because of our business practices. Indonesia awards it only to exporters that pass strict labour and environmental inspections, covering wages, working conditions, and waste handling. Every member of staff carries full health insurance, all water and dye are purified before discharge, and we produce with recycled fabrics and ship in biodegradable packaging.
