We work with premium recycled fabrics from leading mills such as Carvico, Jersey Lomellina, and REPREVE®, offering:

Construction techniques include seamless finishes, lining, elastic application, cups, underwires, and custom trims — selected based on design requirements to ensure durability, fit, and comfort.
Tax Free Fabric Import Facility
As the only swimwear facility in Bali importing fabric tax free, we offer efficient importing alongside flexible sourcing options.

- Carvico stock colours available on ~70-meter rolls
- Custom dyeing (typically 350-450 meters per colour)
- Digital printing produced overseas and flown in weekly
Using in-stock fabrics can reduce lead times by several weeks by avoiding dyeing, international freight, and customs delays-allowing faster drops and more responsive production.
This flexible system allows brands to balance speed, customisation, and cost depending on each collection.

Digital Printing
We specialise in digital swimwear printing, with fabrics printed overseas and imported weekly into Bali.
Compared to traditional custom dyeing, this approach is:

Each project is managed by a dedicated account manager overseeing development, production, and delivery from start to finish.
Minimum Order Quantities
Minimums apply across your complete PO, so you can mix styles, colours and sizes however your range needs.
Custom designs: 400 pieces per PO, 40 per style, 4 per size and colour.
Ready to order: 300 pieces per PO, 30 per style, 3 per size and colour.
Custom top ups: 250 pieces per PO, 50 per style, 5 per size and colour.
Ready to order top ups: 200 pieces per PO, 40 per style, 5 per size and colour.
Top ups keep your best sellers on the site instead of showing sold out while a full run goes through.
Volume Pricing
Our pricing moves in tiers, and the first one opens at 2,000 pieces per PO with 100 per style and 10 per size and colour. Cross it and every style in your collection reprices, not only the ones driving the volume. Custom and ready-to-order styles both count toward the total, so a mixed collection reaches the tier as readily as a fully custom one.
Above 5,000 pieces we look at your collection individually. Fabric commitments at that level change what we can buy for, and those numbers are worth discussing directly rather than publishing.
Where the saving comes from is no mystery. Our Bonded Tax Free Facility lands fabric up to 35% below other manufacturers here, longer cutting runs waste less, and fewer changeovers keep the line moving. Final pricing still depends on specification, fabric and construction.
