Swimwear is what we do.
Our facility produces bikinis, one-pieces, seamless and reversible styles, together with more technical constructions using cups, underwires, premium hardware, beading and crochet.
Every style is patterned and graded using 2D AutoCAD digital software, enabling precise sizing and exact replication across all production runs.
The result is consistent fit, construction and sizing from sampling through to bulk orders.
Custom or Ready-To-Order
Custom Designs
To price your custom designs, we require screenshots, clear line drawings or complete tech packs, with notes on any changes you want made.
We’ll need to know which fabric you want to use, whether your styles are plain or printed, and any branding requirements. We don’t require exact colours at the costing stage.
You’ll receive your price estimates within 2–3 working days.
Once pricing is approved, we provide a free 2D mock-up in your selected colours or prints before sampling begins. The mock-up shows exactly how we understand your design and requests before we make your first sample.

Select your styles, fabrics and colours, and we’ll add your custom branded logo into the back of each article. Sample if you want to, or move directly into bulk production.

We hold more than 100 colours in premium imported recycled fabrics from Italy and the USA, ready to cut.
Our tax-free facility allows us to import premium fabrics at up to 35% less than standard landed costs, while avoiding the long fabric lead times that slow production.
Choose from Carvico and REPREVE® recycled performance fabrics in matte, shine and textured finishes, all selected specifically for swimwear.
Stock fabric means sampling and production can begin without waiting weeks for fabric to arrive.
Digital Print on Recycled Nylon
We are the only swimwear manufacturer in Bali offering high-grade digital printing on American REPREVE® recycled nylon.
Using Italian MS digital printing technology, we produce rich, true-to-life colour directly onto super-soft recycled nylon rather than relying on polyester sublimation.

You can mix as many styles and colours across your PO to build a collection that’s completely iconic, and specialized to you.
Sampling
We highly recommend requesting samples for all custom designs. If you’re selecting from our ready-to-order designs, these have already been graded to international body sizes, so you can skip sampling, saving time and money.
Should you decide to request samples, your patterns are developed and graded using 2D AutoCAD digital software. If selecting from our stock colours, sampling can start the day after payment is received.
Once rolling, you’ll be assigned a dedicated sampling merchant who’ll contact you to make sure she is crystal clear on what you’re seeking to have made.

Starting your first label and producing at scale are two very different things. We work with both.
New brands can start with custom designs or use our production-ready collection to reduce development time and get to market faster.
Our production facility operates with up to 150 specialised machines, dedicated development teams and production capacity of up to 60,000 garments per month.

We’ll review your collection and return your pricing within a maximum of three working days.
Once your prices work, you’re in a strong position to move into sampling and production.
