Once samples arrive, select what works, drop what doesn’t, or keep them all. The $30 development fee per design is fully credited toward your bulk order — and sampling extras adds almost nothing to your cost or timeline.
Brands that launch strongly give themselves options. Those who start with 3 or 4 rarely make it to bulk.

3 Ways to Start
Start by submitting your handover with your selected designs and chosen fabrics. For each style, indicate whether it will be in a plain colour or print. This information is required upfront. Exact colours, specific prints, and custom branding are confirmed after you approve our prices.

Choose from proven bestselling shapes in our current collection, pre-graded to international sizes. The catalogue shows exactly what you will receive in your selected colours or prints. You may skip sampling and go directly to bulk orders, saving time and money.

Fabrics & Colours
We import premium swimwear fabrics from Italy and the USA using our tax-free import licence. This provides superior body-sculpting, a softer hand feel, and 35% savings on landed fabric costs compared to other Bali producers offering high-grade overseas fabrics.
We stock over 100 trending colours, ready for immediate production, which can save weeks in your timeline. In-stock colours also support faster restocking as your brand grows.

Prints
We are the only swimwear manufacturer in Bali offering true digital printing directly onto recycled nylon. We use Italian MS machines on REPREVE® nylon from the USA, delivering rich, lasting, and accurate colours and motifs.
This capability is a key reason brands choose to work with us. Many start with one print and expand to several per collection, adding originality and visual identity to each seasonal release.
What to Expect
Once you have paid for your samples, we offer a free mock-up service, allowing you to visualize how your designs look on a 2D model in your selected colours & or prints. This allows you to make any last-minute adjustments before we start cutting the fabrics for your samples.
Each item will be custom-branded with your logo, heat-pressed to the inside back, bagged, barcoded, and boxed, ready for fitting upon arrival.
To help you plan your launch, here is an overview of our typical production timeline:
- Sampling: 3–4 weeks from the time your sample designs are confirmed
- Review and selection: 1 week for you to assess samples and confirm your choices
- Bulk production: 5–6 weeks after sample approval and deposit payment
- Quality control and packaging: 1 week
- Shipping: 5–10 days via express air freight (shipping times may vary by destination)
Overall, complete production from sample confirmation to delivery takes approximately 8–10 weeks. This timeline allows for effective planning, marketing, and a smooth launch.
After your quote is approved, your dedicated swimwear merchant will contact you to confirm all details before sampling begins. She will also explain the bulk order process so you can proceed promptly once your samples arrive.
We do not rush the sampling process. Ensuring accuracy from the start saves time on revisions and leads to more efficient production.
Starter & Fabric Packs
Not sure which fabric suits your brand? Our Starter Packs let you feel the fit, quality, and finish of three different fabrics firsthand before committing to a single order. Prefer to start smaller? Fabric Swatch Packs include real swatches with laser-printed colour cards and a curated selection of accessories — a simple, budget-friendly way to choose with confidence. The cost of either pack is fully deducted from your first bulk order.

Support
What support is available after sampling
Once your samples are approved, your merchant will support you through the bulk order process. Most questions at this stage involve MOQs, such as how to collate your order across styles, colours, and sizes to meet minimums efficiently. We also assist with fabric selection, print options, and custom branding, including adding your brand name to bikini clips, hygienic liners, and packaging that arrives shelf-ready.
