We are Bali’s Leading producer of sustainable
Swimwear - Zero waste - Recycled fabrics
Eco friendly dyes – Bio-degradable packaging
For the past 30 years we have been manufacturing from our facility in Bali high grade apparel in an Eco-friendly sustainable manner. We offer one stop service from costing your collection, to sampling to production & finally to delivery to your door. Each month, on average, we start sampling for 30 new brands both start-ups & running brands who are seeking to manufacture their labels in a more sustainable ethical manner making only high-grade export quality products.
We are the only Company in Bali to own an exemption certificate against taxes & duties payable on the import of fabrics to the export of clothing.
We were awarded this tax exemption by the Gov. of Indonesia as we comply to all manpower regulation, paying employees well over the minimum wage, & offering a company insurance against doctors’ fees & prescription medication for not only each employee but also up to 4 family members.
“Owning the only tax-free license in Bali, means our fabric costs are approx. half the landed price of any other manufacturer on the Island. This results in our company being by far the cheapest supplier for premium grade Swim & Activewear on the island”
It has been estimated there are 7 billion kilos of plastic discarded into our oceans, every year
Each year, an estimated 1 trillion plastic bags are consumed worldwide. We consider using Avani’s cassava-based biodegradable bags as one of the solutions to mitigate this horrible worldwide epidemic. Avani bags are a bio-based alternative to using petroleum-based plastic bags.
Certified Biodegradable & Compostable
Our fabrics are dyed using Huntsmans dyes from the USA, the world’s leading supplier of Eco friendly textile dyes. All dyes are compliant with voluntary regulations such as Oeko-Tex
Certification on our raw materials & dye stuffs, provided on request
30 years ago, in 1989, Steve Martin landed in Bali searching for an environmentally friendly way to produce his ladies’ fashion brand, Hippi Chic London.
In three months, he had made a collection of patchwork clothing & started selling to retailers across the UK. Four years on, Steve was wholesaling to over 120 stores across UK & EU to such outlets as Harrods & Top Shop.
“ Manufacturing in a sustainable Eco-friendly way is more about a lifestyle than a trend. We are constantly seeking new ways to reduce our carbon footprint & introduce new innovative techniques into the manufacturing process “
