At Swimwear Bali you get high-quality, eco-certified swimwear fabrics without the high price tag. Our Tax Free Fabric Import Facility brings them in at up to 35% below any other swimwear manufacturer in Bali, with none of the lead time most brands spend waiting on fabric.
Over 30 years here means we know how fabrics behave on the body and over time: softness, stretch recovery, colour fastness, durability in sun, salt, and chlorine.
We stock over 100 colourways from Italy and the US, made from salvaged fishing nets and post-consumer waste. If there’s a fabric you have in mind that we don’t stock, we’re happy to import it. Send us either the name of the fabric or the supplier’s name and fabric code, and we’ll look into it and come back with the details.
Stock fabrics are not leftovers. They arrive on weekly flights and are topped up as we cut. Select your colours and move straight into production, ready for DHL uplift to any overseas address, usually within 3 to 5 weeks.
Fabric Swatch Packs
Our swatch pack costs USD 75, including DHL Express delivery to your door, and is fully credited back on your first bulk PO. Feel every fabric before you commit. Each pack holds real swatches of every swimwear fabric we offer, with matching laser-printed colour cards, high-gloss metal charms and accessories, sewn-in and removable pads, a cotton drawstring, a biodegradable zip lock bag, and samples of heat-pressed logos and hygienic stickers.

CARVICO
We work closely with Carvico and Jersey Lomellina on premium Italian fabrics with excellent body sculpting performance. We stock Vita, made with ECONYL® regenerated nylon, alongside Sumatra and Pantelleria in around 100 ready-to-cut colours, and can import anything from either range on request.
REPREVE
Post-consumer recycled nylon: rich colour, soft but supportive hand feel, lasting performance in sun, salt and chlorine. For plain colours and digital prints.
Every fabric is reinforced with LYCRA XTRA LIFE® fibre, giving stretch and recovery up to 10x longer than generic chlorine-resistant spandex. All of it is:

Fabric Colours – Four Ways
- Stock colours. Over 100 imported colours in our Bali warehouse, ready to cut. Minimum 30 metres per colour.
- Carvico colours. Any colour from Carvico’s Italian collection, flown in within 3 to 4 weeks. MOQ 70 metres per colour.
- Digital print. Printed overseas on recycled nylon and flown in weekly. MOQ 70 metres per motif. Need it faster or smaller? Sublimation on polyester in Bali takes 3 to 4 working days from 30 metres, with less true-to-life colour and a less soft fabric.
- Custom dyed. Your own colour, landed in Bali within 4 weeks of your deposit. MOQ 100 metres, with a USD 100 small-batch surcharge under 300 metres per colour to cover set-up and wastage.
Add as many colours as you like
No limit across a collection, and no minimum on stock colours. Prints come in 70-metre lots and custom colours start at 100 metres, the fabric’s minimums, not ours. Each design can use up to three colourways.
Good to know
Light colours, especially white, can turn sheer when wet, so we line bottoms and shorts to keep them opaque. Dark and light colours in one style can bleed if left damp in a bag or used in heavily chlorinated pools.

Choose your fabrics and colours below. We’ll price your samples and bulk at 50% of the fabric cost, giving you a much higher margin. These colours are limited and won’t be restocked once sold.
