Swimwear is what we do. Our facility produces bikinis, one pieces, seamless and reversible styles, along with technical constructions using moulded cups, underwires and premium hardware.
Every style is patterned and graded in 2D AutoCAD, so fit and construction stay identical from your first sample to your repeat order.

Pricing Custom Swimwear Designs
Send front and back screenshots, line drawings or tech packs, with changes marked on the artwork, plus the fabric and whether you want plain colours or prints. Exact colours can wait.
Within 2 to 3 working days you have our lowest prices. Approve them and we produce a free 2D mock-up in your colours, edited until the shapes and colours work.
Only then do we invoice samples and cut fabric.

Every design in our catalogue is already patterned and graded to international body sizes, so it arrives fitted and tested exactly as you see it.
Send the design codes, the fabric you want them produced in, and your colours or prints. Custom branding is included: we heat press your logo and size guide to the inside back of each garment. Artwork specs and other branding options are on our branding and accessories page.
Sample first or go straight to bulk. Samples take 2 to 4 weeks, bulk 3 to 5 weeks, DHL Express 3 to 5 days.

We are the only swimwear manufacturer in Bali offering high-grade digital printing on American REPREVE® recycled nylon.
Using Italian MS digital printing technology, we produce rich, true-to-life colour directly onto super-soft recycled nylon rather than relying on polyester sublimation.

You can mix as many styles and colours across your PO to build a collection that’s completely iconic, and specialized to you.
Sampling
We recommend sampling every custom design. Ready to order styles are already graded, so you can skip it and save time and money.
Sampling runs 2 times wholesale plus a USD 30 development fee per custom style, credited against your bulk deposit.
You are assigned a dedicated merchant who stays with you through sampling, production and shipping.
Branding
Every garment carries your logo heat pressed inside the back, and we can brand your fasteners, charms, hygienic liners, cotton drawstring bags and biodegradable zip lock bags to match. Full options on our swimwear accessories page.

Behind every order sits a facility of 250 full time machinists across up to 150 specialised machines, with capacity for 60,000 garments a month, and a dedicated sample studio where 60 specialists and 15 tailors, cutters and checkers turn out 30 to 50 new custom articles a day.
We cut only certified fabric. Our mills hold OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and Global Recycled Standard certification, with every certificate number and expiry date published so you can verify them yourself.

Every garment passes three checks before it ships: seams and stitching inspected for even, neat work, measurements confirmed against spec, then steam ironed, tagged with your branded hangtag and barcode, and packed individually in a biodegradable zip lock bag.
