With over 30 years of experience manufacturing swimwear in Bali, our process is built for precision at scale. Every production order is handled by a dedicated sewing team, supported by:

We can craft almost any swimwear design, including seamless and reversible styles, using specialised machinery to ensure a precise and consistent finish. Seams are always straight and even, wires never poke through, straps never buckle, and cups fit snugly and securely.
We also incorporate functional details where needed, including cups and underwires for added support, along with custom branding across a wide range of swimwear accessories. This allows us to deliver high-end swimwear collections that compete confidently in the global market.
Once your samples are approved, you’re ready to move into bulk production. From sampling through to final delivery, every stage is handled carefully and professionally, with finished orders delivered directly to your door via DHL.
Approved Samples to Production
Custom swimwear samples must be returned before production starts, they’re used as reference points to ensure accuracy across all technical grades and references.
We highly recommend requesting we collect using our DHL account to avoid issues with Bali customs. If using your own courier, we’ll need to check your packing list first.
Once received, we begin:
- Heat-pressing logos, care labels, sizing
- Sewing using specialised stretch-ready machines
- If your working with our ready designs, direct to bulk, ignore this point

- Per Style / Colour / Size Minimum – 30 pieces per style, with a minimum of 3 pieces per size and colour

Note on size ratios
Our minimum is 3 pieces per size and colour, but many brands adjust the ratio slightly.
In most markets, sizes S and M sell faster than size L. A ratio such as 5 S, 5 M and 3 L can help avoid selling out of smaller sizes and needing to restock too early.
Ordering closer to how you expect the styles to sell helps keep stock balanced and reduces unnecessary additional funding.

After your initial order, we offer lower minimums allowing you to keep key styles in stock. Available for existing styles using in-stock colours, making them ideal for fast movers and repeat orders.

Placing a Bulk Order
You can simply place a bulk PO by code or image from your approved samples, or using the codes from our ready designs. We require the following:
- Your selected Fabrics, colours or prints
- Units per style and colour & size.

Mixing Across Collections
Some brands choose to combine custom designs with some of our ready designs. If this is you, then best to send your order as an email or WhatsApp, adding notes on your fabric and colour ways.

Want to add some activewear to your order? Once you’ve reached our swimwear MOQ, you can add as little as 30 pcs per style/size/colour in any activewear style, using in-stock fabrics.
