Below, we outline in three steps how to get started in your own sustainable swimwear brand in the fastest, most cost-effective way possible. From costing to sampling to delivery to your door, we handle it all.

Swimwear designs

First things first: What designs will you use? Will they be your own custom designs or some of our ready-to-order ones?
Once you’re clear, the next step is to decide on the fabric you want to produce them in and in what colour.

Choose your colours

When selecting fabrics, take note we hold a large range of colours in stock that can be selected with no MOQ per colour & if not in stock, we can fly them in roll based. As importing colours comes with large MOQs & can be timely, in 90% of cases, brands select their colours from our stocks.

Adding prints

We excel at printing. We are the only company in Bali offering a true digital print service on recycled Nylon from REPREVE® in the US, the softest fabric in our collection. Every other supplier on the island can only offer you a sublimation print on Polyester, most commonly Vita PL. Printing via sublimation on Poly never compares in colour or texture to printing via digital on Nylon.

Three Ways to Price

To price, we don’t need to know the exact colour, print, or custom branding you wish to add to provide prices, this is addressed after you approve our prices. Our prices are all in; we never add surcharges. The price we offer is for a fully factored garment ready to sell, including non-branded accessories and one custom-branded logo, heat-pressed to the inside back of each article and packed in a Biodegradable bag.

01 Custom Designs

We only require front and back screenshots, tech packs, or clear line drawings to price your custom designs. If you need us to make some changes, add a few notes.

02 Ready-to-Order Designs

Our ready designs are a compilation of our best-sellers and some of the latest 2024/25 shapes. Select the designs you love & add them to this form, adding the fabric colour or print in which you would like them produced.

For a fee of USD 30, we can edit most designs. For example, we can make bum coverage more moderate or cheeky or add cups, wires, etc.

03 Mix & Match

You may also combine your own designs with our ready-to-order designs.

It’s best to send your designs as an email, adding the codes you love from our collection and some imagery of your own custom designs.

In 2-3 working days, you’ll receive our lowest price for a premium-quality product.

Once prices are approved, a swimwear specialist will contact you to assist in branding your logo onto your swimwear.

Example Handover

Above, we illustrate a typical handover. The client provided imagery, notes, colours, a fabric print, and their branded logo and layout. Upon price approval and receipt of payment, we can send you back a free mockup of what we envisage your collection to be.

Below, we created a 2D mockup. Once approved, we’re ready to produce your samples.

NOTES

Contrary to popular opinion, printing is easier and faster than plain dyeing.
As creating custom prints can be costly and time-consuming, we recommend purchasing ready-made prints from sellers such as Shutterstock.com.
The most selected plain colours are Reclaim Prime from the US and Vita by Carvico, while American REPREVE® Hawaii is the number one choice for digital prints.
All our fabrics offer a superb hand feel, excellent body-enhancing properties, UPF 50+ protection, and are chlorine and salt-water resistant.
