Pickup & Delivery via DHL

We ship and receive dozens of consignments daily — it’s a smooth, familiar process for our team.
DHL and FedEx arrive at our office every day around 2pm to deliver samples and collect outgoing orders.

Delivery Overview

  • Delivery takes 3–5 working days from pickup to your door
  • Make sure your shipping address and daytime mobile number are accurate
  • DHL makes two delivery attempts before returning the package to Bali
  • Orders are packed in boxes: 36 × 58 × 46 cm (15 × 23 × 18 in)

Sending Packages to Us

Check with us first — always

Importing into Indonesia can be tricky, and incorrect documentation can lead to delays or charges.
Approved samples are required before we can begin bulk production, so we usually organise incoming shipments ourselves.

Requesting a Pickup

To arrange a pickup on your behalf, we’ll need:

  1. Description of items (e.g. tops, bottoms, one-pieces, accessories)
  2. Fabric composition
  3. Value per item
  4. Total quantity + declared value

Once all details are confirmed, we’ll coordinate the pickup for you.

Important Notes

  1. Import fees may apply when goods arrive in Bali
  2. If you send items without checking with us first, we may not be able to help if issues arise — always let us manage shipments where possible
  3. We ship most orders via our insured DHL Express account. You’re welcome to use your own courier if preferred
  4. Our tax-free license does not apply to shipments entering your country

Sending Orders to You

Courier fees must be paid in advance.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a DHL tracking number by the next working day.
Import duties or taxes in your country may apply, paid before final delivery.

How to Estimate Shipment Weight

  • 5 bikini sets = approx. 1 kg
  • 1 one-piece swimsuit = approx. 250 grams

Loss Damage

Shipments may occasionally be opened by DHL or customs for inspection, which can rarely result in damage or loss.
To protect your order, a 2% shipping insurance fee is added to your invoice.
