At Swimwear Bali, we’ve spent over 35 years perfecting the art of custom swimwear production for established labels. We work exclusively with premium, recycled fabrics sourced from the world’s top mills, including Carvico and Jersey Lomellina (Italy), as well as REPREVE (USA). Should you require a specific fabric not listed, we can import directly from your preferred supplier.
The majority of our work is custom-built to exacting brand specifications. Less than 1% of our production is ever deemed imperfect, thanks to our in-house craftsmanship and strict quality control systems.
A Bonded, Tax-Free Swimwear Facility
As the only bonded swimwear factory in Bali, we save clients 35% on import tax and duties that every other Bali swimwear manufacturer must pay. We can source any fabric or colour you require, brought in on a roll basis (minimum three 70-meter rolls per shade) with a typical lead time of 4–8 weeks.
For faster production, we stock 85 of the most in-demand colours, imported, recycled, and ready to cut for bulk manufacturing.
Precision Manufacturing at Scale
Our facility houses 150 machines and 250 full-time staff, with a production capacity of 60,000 units per month. Every stage, from cutting and sewing to finishing, quality control, and packing, is handled under one roof, allowing complete oversight of your order from start to finish.
We use specialist German swimwear machinery to ensure mm-perfect fits and flawless seams, with capabilities ranging from seamless and reversible styles to added cups, underwires, and custom-branded trims.
Your fabrics are cut, logos applied, and accessories added. Each piece undergoes a rigorous three-stage quality check before being tagged, bagged, and photographed for approval. Once approved, your samples are shipped via DHL Express and typically arrive within three working days.

Flexible Global Fabric Sourcing
If you’re working with a specific mill or supplier, please send us the fabric name and contact information. We’ll confirm availability, MOQs, timelines, and landed pricing. We routinely handle custom-dyed colours and specialist textures with minimums starting from 250 meters per shade.
Expertise in Digital Printing
We’ve specialised in digital swimwear printing for over three decades, offering a faster and often more cost-effective solution than traditional custom dyeing.
Prints are applied using MS Italian digital printers on REPREVE® recycled nylon, delivering rich, vibrant colours on a soft, saltwater- and chlorine-resistant base.

Getting Started
Starting production with us is seamless. Please send us your tech packs or clear front and back screenshots of your designs, along with your preferred fabrics and any branding requirements. We’ll review your submission and return an itemised estimate within 3–4 working days.
Once approved, your styles move into the sample development phase. A dedicated swimwear merchant will manage every detail, including patterning, accessory sourcing, fitting, and final production, ensuring precision from start to finish.
Sample Pricing
- Custom designs: 2× estimated wholesale price + USD 30 development fee per style
- Ready-to-order styles: 2× listed wholesale price (no development fee unless edited)
Sampling takes 3–4 weeks. Once approved, bulk production commences with a 50% deposit and is typically completed within 4–6 weeks, depending on the complexity and the time of year.
Volume Discount
We offer competitive discounts for orders of 150, 250, and 500 pieces per product line, with the flexibility to mix colours, prints, and sizes, helping you manage inventory efficiently while keeping costs competitive as they scale.
Eco-Friendly from Start to Finish
All our swimwear fabrics are certified recycled, made from reclaimed plastic bottles and post-consumer waste. We use premium materials like REPREVE® and ECONYL®, engineered for durability, comfort, and a reduced environmental footprint. Each order is packed in biodegradable materials, helping minimize landfill waste and promote sustainable packaging.
We exclusively use Huntsman dyes (USA), certified by OEKO-TEX® and GOTS, ensuring all prints and plains are skin-safe, non-toxic, and environmentally responsible.
