What It Takes to Launch a Swim Label

With these goals in mind, our role is to guide you through each phase. Whether you’re creating original styles or selecting from our collection, we ensure your brand moves smoothly from concept to production.

Step 1 – Develop Your Designs

Most brands start with:

  • Front and back images, tech packs, clean line drawings or actual samples
  • A rough moodboard with notes, allowing us to fully understand what you’re seeking produced.
  • Ideally, your custom-branded logo in vector format (AI, EPS, SVG, or CDR), 300dpi

You can either:

✅ Choose from our ready-to-order swimwear collections
Or mix and match your own and our designs.
With your collection ready, we require a handover using this form. From there, we assess each style, confirm what’s needed, and prepare your costing sheet.
Costing depends on:

  • Style complexity
  • Number of panels
  • Fabric and accessory requirements

Step 2 – Choose Fabrics and Colours

We offer imported recycled, sustainable, and luxe swimwear fabrics—ready in stock.
You’ll choose:

  • Base fabrics (matte, shiny, textured)
  • Colours or request digital prints
  • Branded heat press logos, hygienic liners, and packaging

Step 3 – Add Custom Prints

For custom prints, we use high-resolution digital printing on white recycled nylon, producing deep colour, sharp details, and durable results.
Prints are applied to white REPREVE® recycled nylon imported from the US

You can supply:

  • Seamless repeatable patterns
  • One-piece placement prints

To get the best result, we recommend:

  • Vector format (AI, EPS, SVG, or CDR) or high-res artwork (300 dpi minimum)
  • Seamless repeatable print
  • CMYK colour references for accuracy

Print tests are optional, but recommended.
If needed, our graphics team can adjust or prepare your files, in most cases, free of charge.

Step 4 – Review Samples and Finalise Details

When your samples arrive, you’ll:

  • Try them on
  • Adjust fit or styling if needed.
  • Finalise branding (labels, heat-press logos, accessories)

After approving samples, confirm style codes, fabrics, prints, colours, and size breakdowns. We’ll quote your order based on the total quantity.
