Vita is the go-to fabric for high-end swimwear. It’s made in Italy using ECONYL®, a regenerated nylon sourced from discarded fishing nets and marine waste. It’s blended with LYCRA® XTRA LIFE™, giving it long-term shape retention and resistance to UV, chlorine, and sun cream.
Fun fact: surfer Kelly Slater helped support the launch of this fabric through the Blue Seas Initiative.
Hawaii – REPREVE® Nylon (for Digital Prints)
Hawaii is what we use for digital prints. It’s made using REPREVE®, a recycled nylon yarn created from plastic bottles. The fabric is soft, stretchy, and built to hold sharp, vibrant prints that won’t fade or wash out.
Reclaim Prime – REPREVE® Plains Fabric
Exclusively developed by us, Reclaim Prime is a REPREVE®-based plains fabric designed as a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to Vita.
It has a similar hand feel, stretch, and durability—at a lower price point. Ideal for brands that want top-tier quality without overextending the budget.
