Part 1 – Planning Your Collection
Making Custom Designs or Using Our Ready-To-Order Collection?
Depending on your vision, you can choose to tailor your swimwear line fully with our custom design services or select from our Ready-to-Order Collections for a quick launch.
We are a custom swimwear manufacturer first and foremost. However, we release two Ready-to-Order Collections every year. These are collections of the past year’s trendiest designs and our predictions for the next year. You can even combine your designs with our designs—the choice is yours.
Custom Designs
A truly bespoke style, where your vision for your perfect collection becomes reality. Whether you’re inspired by a vintage cut or have an innovative, cutting-edge design, you can specify everything from patterns to accessories to packaging, etc., that fully represents your brand.
Ready Designs
Our ready-to-order styles are a great choice for those looking for a quick launch or to incorporate more designs into their collection.
Simply select the styles you like from any of our catalogues, add your accessories, and your logo or label as a heatpress and you are now ready to sell in any store.
For a fee of USD 30, many designs can be edited. For example: make a bum coverage more moderate or cheeky, add cups, wires, etc.
Ready designs also allow those in a real-time crunch to get orders out faster by skipping sampling, if you’re in a hurry, read more on skipping sampling with our ready-to-order collection.
Choosing Your Fabrics & Colours
Once you know what design you are looking for, the next step is to choose your fabrics and colours for each design, from reflective to mesh or simple plain fabrics and more. This is key to how your swimwear will turn out.

Looking to add prints?
Many brands look to make their collection as unique as possible, and there is no better way than to add your own pattern to it. However, as printing fabrics have a larger MOQ per print compared to plain colours, we suggest swimwear labels hold off on adding prints on their first order and add them once their brand gets going.

Part 2 - Starting your Order
Pricing Up Your Collection
Now that you have your collection planned, you’re ready to move on to the next phase, where you bring your vision to life. First, our team of specialists will need to review your collection and arrange a call-back to discuss any notes you made on fit, construction, fabric colour, or print and get a real understanding of what you’re looking for.
After that, our team will send you the lowest price for your different designs in the fabrics you have selected. If you still aren’t sure what to pick, they will be priced in our most popular fabric. After 2-3 working days, you’ll receive your prices, and with them approved, you’re ready to sample your first pieces.
If you’ve decided to work with only our ready-to-order collection without any edits, you can see the prices for popular fabrics on the catalogue itself or wait just 1 working day for an invoice with the prices.
Sampling Your Designs
Samples are assembled in our sampling studio, with 60 skilled sewists using speciality machines to ensure wires never poke through, straps always slide, clasps never buckle, and seams are finished in straight lines.
After approving our prices, our team will send an invoice to you, and upon payment, will start with sampling.
Throughout the sampling process, your designated sample merchant will assist you until you receive and approve the samples.
She will assist with your custom branded artwork which will be later used to add your logo to your custom branded accessories, for example, heat-press, hygienic liners, clips & any custom packaging, hang tag and more.
Should you make one sample set or two?
As we only charge you the estimated wholesale price for a second set, we recommend our customers make 2 sample sets as producing 2 allows one to remain in our office, whereas when you order one, they must be returned back to us to check against your production order.
After courier costs and import taxes, the price for the second set ends up costing roughly the same as just one.
Placing A Production Order
After approving your samples, we begin your production process with a 50% deposit on your invoice.
Bulk P.Os made with stock colours are typically dispatched within a few weeks of receiving your deposit.
Using imported colours extends the timelines.
Once produced, orders are send to our QC Department to check for loose threads or blemishes with a final check against your approved samples to ensure that cm sizing aligns exactly with your approved specs. We then add a barcodes and pack each article individually in biodegradable bags and boxes, ready for DHL to pick up.
