Swimwear Bali is a sustainable swimwear manufacturer in Bali, Indonesia, producing custom made and ready made designs in imported Italian and American recycled fabrics. We are the only swimwear and activewear manufacturer in Bali operating under a tax free Bonded KITE licence, a status that reduces the landed cost of all imported fabrics by around thirty five percent. These savings are passed directly to you, allowing us to offer premium swimwear at competitive prices while maintaining consistent quality across your entire collection.

With over eighty five eco certified colours held in stock, sampling begins the moment you confirm. Patterns are created using 2D AutoCAD for precise grading and a consistent fit across all sizes.
Each article is finished with your own custom logo as a heat press on the inside back, fitted with requested accessories, barcoded, packed in biodegradable bags and dispatched by DHL Express, arriving retail ready in three to five working days.

Custom Designed Swimwear
Creating custom swimwear from screenshots, clear line drawing or tech packs takes experience and precision. Our digitally crafted patterns and refined production process ensure your designs come to life exactly as envisioned.
Once your pricing is approved, we provide a free 2D mock-up of your collection, giving you the opportunity to make final adjustments before production begins, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a product that fits flawlessly.

Premium Fabrics & Materials
We use recycled nylon from top global mills — Italian (Carvico, ECONYL®) and American (REPREVE®). All fabrics are eco-certified, saltwater and chlorine-resistant, UV-protected and offer long-lasting colour and stretch performance.
We stock 85+ trending colours in-house and ready to cut — no delays for imports.
For printing, we offer digital printing on recycled nylon, delivering vibrant, true-to-life colours and soft hand-feel.
High-Quality, Efficient Production

- Production uses specialised machines, with rigorous quality-control: every piece is inspected, bar-coded, packed in biodegradable bags, and shipped with fast worldwide courier.
