Our logistics team works directly with FedEx & DHL, arranging the best cost-effective & fastest route to your door. Both couriers arrive daily to our office, picking & dropping off packages
Sending packages to us
It’s vitally important to understand how to send packages (samples or accessories) DO NOT SEND FABRICS TO US. Custom entry into Indonesia has strict regulations that have to be followed exactly. If you want to avoid hefty import taxes, then ALWAYS contact us prior to purchase & or dispatch of your goods.
We require that you send us a packing list prior to dispatch of any goods of any description.
Preferable courier – DHL
All couriers require that you fill in a packing list (declaration of goods form).
Mark your goods as “USED CLOTHING – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE – NOT FOR RESALE – SAMPLES ONLY”
Pack your items without tags or prices. Your samples are not new, they are now classified as used clothing.
There should be a box that says “door to door service” or “signature on delivery”. Make sure that’s ticked.
The maximum allowance for samples is 10 pieces, for example 5 bikini sets. If more you have to send two packages.
Indonesian customs require a value. We suggest to mark each article between $8 to $9.50 USD with the max value $100 USD per package.
- NEVER use EMS, or any postal services as they take up to two months to arrive.
- We are only tax-free for fabrics arriving to Indonesia. You may or may not pay import duty & tax (GST or VAT) for samples & production into your country
- We can never be sure on the amount of tax payable on goods received into Bali.
- We are not responsible for local taxes payable & will contact you prior to payment.

*Import fees vary from country to country. Check with your local DHL or FedEx office the rates that will be applied on import
*Ensure your address, postcode & your active mobile phone number are correct & active.
*The courier company will call you once the goods land. Should the courier try to deliver more than once, & you’re not home, then your order will be returned to Bali. This can be costly & cannot be reversed.
