At Swimwear Bali you get high-quality, eco-certified swimwear fabrics without the high price tag. Our Tax Free Fabric Import Facility brings them in at up to 35% below any other swimwear manufacturer in Bali, with none of the lead time most brands spend waiting on fabric.
Over 30 years here means we know how fabrics behave on the body and over time: softness, stretch recovery, colour fastness, durability in sun, salt, and chlorine.
We stock over 100 colourways from Italy and the US, made from salvaged fishing nets and post-consumer waste. Need a colour we do not hold? In most cases we can import on your behalf.
Stock fabrics are not leftovers. They arrive on weekly flights and are topped up as we cut. Select your colours and move straight into production, ready for DHL uplift to any overseas address, usually within 3 to 5 weeks.

CARVICO
We work closely with Carvico and Jersey Lomellina on premium Italian fabrics with excellent body sculpting performance. We stock Vita, made with ECONYL® regenerated nylon, alongside Sumatra and Pantelleria in around 80 ready-to-cut colours, and can import anything from either range on request.
REPREVE
Post-consumer recycled nylon: rich colour, soft but supportive hand feel, lasting performance in sun, salt and chlorine. For plain colours and digital prints.
Every fabric is reinforced with LYCRA XTRA LIFE® fibre, giving stretch and recovery up to 10x longer than generic chlorine-resistant spandex. All of it is:

Fabric Colours – Four Ways
- Stock colours. 100 colours in our Bali warehouse. Cutting starts as soon as your deposit is received.
- Imported from Carvico, Italy. Any colour they offer, about 3 weeks by air. Choosing from stock saves you those 3 weeks.
- Printed. Digitally printed on recycled nylon overseas and flown in weekly. Prints come in 70-metre lots, around 140 bikini sets a roll. Need it faster? We sublimate in Bali in 2 to 3 days.
- Custom dyed. About 4 weeks from your deposit. Minimums run from 100 to 450 metres depending on the supplier, with 100 metres making roughly 200 bikini sets. The 100-metre minimum carries a USD 100 surcharge to keep custom colour affordable on smaller collections.

Use as many colours as you like
No limit across a collection, and no minimum on stock colours. Prints come in 70-metre lots and custom colours start at 100 metres — the fabric’s minimums, not ours. Each design can use up to three colourways.
Good to know
Light colours can look slightly transparent when wet or stretched, white especially. We can add an inner layer to bottoms or shorts — three-layer construction, much better opacity.
Dark with light: colour can bleed, particularly if swimwear is left damp in a bag or used in heavily chlorinated pools.

Choose your fabrics and colours below. We’ll price your samples and bulk at 50% of the fabric cost, giving you a much higher margin. These colours are limited and won’t be restocked once sold.
