All production is handled in-house from cutting and sewing to finishing, quality control, and packing, ensuring consistency, control, and reliable delivery. Our multi-stage quality control system ensures over 99% of units pass final inspection.

Development, Fit & Technical Capability

Swimwear requires precision in fit, support, and stretch performance. Our in-house development studio includes 8 pattern makers using 2D AutoCAD, supported by 40 experienced sample machinists and a dedicated merchandising team.

We develop and refine patterns across full-size ranges, ensuring accurate grading and consistent fit. This process is critical for swimwear, where small adjustments impact comfort, support, and overall appearance. By resolving fit and construction during sampling, we reduce issues in bulk production and maintain consistency across all sizes.

Swimwear Styles, Fabrics & Construction

We produce a full range of swimwear including bikinis, one-pieces, and coordinated sets, with capabilities across both fashion and performance-driven designs.
We work with premium recycled fabrics from leading mills such as Carvico, Jersey Lomellina, and REPREVE®, offering:
  • High stretch and recovery
  • Chlorine and saltwater resistance
  • UV protection
  • Super soft hand feel

Construction techniques include seamless finishes, lining, elastic application, cups, underwires, and custom trims — selected based on design requirements to ensure durability, fit, and comfort.

Bonded Tax-Free Facility

As the only bonded swimwear manufacturing facility in Bali, we offer tax-efficient fabric importing alongside flexible sourcing options.

  • 100+ recycled fabric colours in stock for immediate production
  • Carvico stock colours available on ~70-meter rolls
  • Custom dyeing (typically 350–450 meters per colour)
  • Digital printing produced overseas and flown in weekly

Using in-stock fabrics can reduce lead times by several weeks by avoiding dyeing, international freight, and customs delays — allowing faster drops and more responsive production.
This flexible system allows brands to balance speed, customisation, and cost depending on each collection.

Digital Printing

We specialise in digital swimwear printing, with fabrics printed overseas and imported weekly into Bali.
Compared to traditional custom dyeing, this approach is:

  • Significantly easier to manage

Our production is structured for brands operating at scale.
Minimum order: 300–400 pieces per order

We offer structured pricing based on volume, with additional efficiency at higher quantities.
For orders above 2,000 units, we provide flexible allocation across styles, sizes, colours (e.g. 100 per style, 10 per size/colour)

Final pricing is based on garment specifications, fabric selection, and construction.
