Selecting your Prints
Drawing digital prints can be a challenge for many, its more often now days that prints are purchased online.
The website we most commonly use is www.shutterstock.com https://www.123rf.com/
Type into the top bar some descriptive words like “tropical flower pattern” & select Vector format. You will now see many prints that you can select. Make your selection/s & forward as a link via email over to us in order we can check that they are repeatable & workable. If all is good then we will inform & either you can buy & send to us, or we will invoice from our PayPal account, pay to us & we purchase.
Purchasing prints online is a great way to get started.
The motif below has pink, red & a blue. So we type into Google “Pantone bright red” & this is what we find.....
https://tinyurl.com/y3r2w9hm This is for red. Repeat for Blue & Pink
We require print art-work sent as an EPS, AI, PDF file, high resolution 300dpi, Vector format, to scale & repeatable.
To scale means we need to know the size in cm of the repeat of the print.
Should you send in TIFF format, we cannot edit the colours should you request.
Printing Sample meters
The person who controls the colours on the printer machines requires to know the three most predominant colours as Pantone TPG references. These are then programmed into the print machine.
All sampling is printed in two-meter sections. We then take a high-resolution photo of each print & send to you for approval. If approved, we store the data ready for your bulk order.
Requesting actual print fabric sample
If you so require to see the fabric printed with your motif/s then we send you a 30cm square section via FedEx.
For swimwear brands wanting a super soft high-grade fabric & print, then we print digitally on a recycled Nylon from the US, named Repreve™. Printing digitally offers deep rich colour tones with a super soft hand feel.
Colours do not fade or bleed in contact with chlorine, salt water or bright sunshine.
Dyes are impregnated & compressed into the fabric for greater colour saturation.
MOQ 70m - 3-5 weeks print & delivery to Bali. During this time, we handle patterns & grades.
We are the only producer in Bali to print digitally. Other suppliers print via sublimation on Polyester, less vibrant & not as soft hand feel.
For brands requiring a fast print solution with low MOQs, we print on VITA PL® a recycled Italian fabric.
No MOQ - One week to print.
Sublimation print is a process of heat press onto the fabric.
We have assembled some fabric packs: a must for designers requiring to see & feel the fabric textures on offer.
You will receive one A5 fabric swatch of each of the fabrics show on our website + the corresponding laser-copy colour cards.
$50 USD – 1 Swim or Active fabric packs
$80 USD – 1 Swim + 1 Active fabric packs

Swatches supplied come in random colours.
We do not accept requests for specific colours.
Email your request below informing the pack/s your requiring.
Say either "Swim” “Active" or "Swim & Active"
We can re-scale any print & send back to you. In the main prints repeat every 30cm going up to 60cm.
Should you require assistance, then send over what you have & our graphics team will check to see if they are suitable.
There are no digital print machines in Bali, only sublimation printers.
