Sampling Procedure
We operate a sample team of 60+ specialists, all with over a decade of experience in custom swimwear samples. Once all team members are clear, we mock up your collection in its styles, colours, and prints to ensure that our understanding of your handover is exactly what you’re seeking to produce.
Then, with your approval, we create your patterns using state-of-the-art 2D AutoCAD software, which is significantly more efficient than traditional paper patterns.
To brand your samples, we heat press your custom-branded logo to the inside back of each article.
Samples are assembled in our studio with precision and quality following your handover.
Finally, we add your requested accessories, ensuring your collection is unique & individual.
Notes
Digital patterns calibrated to international body sizes allow patterns to be graded up or down in minutes.

Fabrics & Colours
We offer a great selection of imported fabrics.
Our Fabrics are imported from Italy and the US offering superior body sculpting, UPF 50+ sun protection, chlorine and saltwater resistance.
Samples are normally assembled using a selection of our stock colours, allowing us to start sampling as soon as we receive payment.
Notes
- Requests for colours not in stock must be dyed and imported, taking several weeks to arrive.
- Using our stock colours for your samples allows us to cut the same colours for your Bulk PO without delays in importing fabrics.
There is no MOQ when selecting stock colours, allowing you to add more colours to your collection.
Custom colours come roll-based in 70m lots, producing approx. 100 bikini sets per colour, in as many styles as you like.
Fabrics and Colours
Prints
If you’d like to add a print or two, it’s our speciality. Printing is carried out digitally on recycled American Nylon, which is superior in print quality and especially hand feel to any kind of printing in Bali. Allow three weeks for printing.
For those require a faster turnaround, we print in in Vita Poly via sublimation, slightly less soft than Nylon.

Branding Options
One of the key elements of your collection is the custom branding we add across the collection. We custom brand almost every collection we produce, such as heat-pressed logos, hygienic liners, metal bikini fasteners, and cotton drawstring bags.
From experience, we know that branded swimwear collections significantly outperform those that are unbranded or badly branded. If you require assistance with artwork for branding then we have a skilled graphics team ready to assist, in many cases, free.

Sample Costs
The price we offer is for a fully factored garment. It’s all-inclusive of patterns, fabrics, accessories & stitching. We never add surcharges.
Custom Swimwear Samples:
Cost = (2 x W/S Price) + $30 Development Fee.
Example: bikini bottom at $12 wholesale $24 + $30 = $54 total
Ready-to-Order Samples:
Cost = 2 x W/S Price (No development fee)
Example: 2 x $12 = $24 total
Sample Adjustments
Should samples arrive and you consider some slight adjustments are required, like adjusting a strap or bikini bottoms showing too much flesh or not enough, these are simple fixes handled using our digital software.
Due to the time required to remake and the costs of producing new samples, we mostly adjust patterns digitally and send back edited imagery. However, should samples differ significantly from your handover, remakes are free of charge.
