Working with Imported Stock fabrics
Firstly, lets explain the major difference between selecting your fabrics from our stocks or from fabrics to be imported.
A - Stocks fabrics are exactly the same as imported fabrics, but with less colour options. They can be selected in 20-meter lots & are not leftovers. We import via air directly to our facility. From any PO we start to cut as soon as we receive your deposit.
B - To be imported fabrics come in 70m lots & require 3-4 weeks to import.
Production orders 6-8 weeks to completion.
If you’re an established running brand, then selecting colours to be imported, is the most common.
You can always select from stock fabrics as well as fabrics to be imported.
We hold around 20 – 30,000 meters of stock fabrics in approx. 59 colours ready to cut on demand. Our stocks are freshly imported rolls re-stocked as we cut production.
Fast to Market Service
We are a fast to market company producing bulk wholesale orders in most cases in 4 weeks from your PO in & payment, but only if your selecting colours from our stocks.
Start-up brands or those who prefer to order smaller & more often, will find ordering from stocks to be a major factor in brand growth. Reasons simple.
Re-orders with most manufacturers will take at least two months to make. We aim to produce all re-orders using stock fabrics in just four weeks. That’s lightning speed that virtually no supplier can offer. Waiting months for a top-up can be the death of a brand with missing inventory, styles, colours or sizes being sold out & see your customers moving to other brands to buy their products from.
As you grow & built up a good number of followers, you will be able to pre-plan your next PO & pre order with us your required fabrics so that no time lost in production with fabric in transit from overseas.
We work closely with our brands & help them to pre plan re orders or top ups & get things ready & prepared so that when the actual order comes in, we are all set to go the day the order is placed.
1. Each season will see new colours coming on trend; therefore, colours are updated every six months.
2. Should you request fabrics not in stock, then these must be ordered in roll based, 70m per colour.
3. Branded fabric hang tags are added to each article depending on the fabrics you selected in your production.
Fabrics in Plain Colours
Below we list many fabrics from Italy as well as our own blends knitted in China with an Italian, American & Chinese company.
In China we blend our own fabrics, using American recycled yarns for digital prints & plains. The Italians handle the printing, Americans the yarns, & inks & the Chinese knit & dye. This assures you that the quality of the fabrics incorporated into your Swimwear will be of the highest grade globally on par with any premium swimwear brand, with super soft hand feel, UV & Chlorine resistance & body enhancing attributes.
